COVID has obviously dominated the world’s headlines for the past year almost, obscuring other very big news. For instance, the capture of Felicien Kabuga, the Rwandan war criminal who bought and gave away the half a million machetes that killed as many Tutsis after he handed them over to Hutu militias and with a wink-nod told them to do their worst, which they did. He was captured in May, which is news that escaped me when it happened.
